At Pham Sewing, our most important goal is to give you premium, professional service to ease and speed your products’ path to market. Do you have a tech pack? If not, we will recommend the appropriate services to get you started. When an order is placed, a pre-production sample is always provided for your approval. CUT & SEW
Our main product arena consists of bags and accessories. We have experience with a large variety of textiles including, but not limited to: leather, waxed canvas, nylons, and recycled materials. We produce high quality products at the best possible price that match your specifications. We specialize in large order cut and sew but can accommodate both small businesses and start-ups with a low minimum order of 250 units. Our typical lead time is 4-6 weeks depending on sewing requirements, quantity, and availability of raw materials. We also provide rush services working with you as best as we can to meet your ship date requirements. Our equipment and machinery consists of riveting, snaps and grommet equipment, electronic single needles, double needles, sergers, long arms, cylinder arms, bar tackers, zigzag, die press, and more. Pham Sewing will take you from your very first sample, all the way through to large-scale production with transparency, communication, and oversight.
Sourcing materials and fabrics can be an overwhelming process. There are so many different types of raw materials and fabrics to choose from; where do you begin? Through our network of suppliers, we can source virtually any material in a sustainable and cost effective manner. We provide innovative, creative solutions and can help determine the right materials to complement your brand’s unique requirements. We do recommend that our clients purchase materials directly once sourcing is established. Reducing time and costs are important goals of sourcing. After completion of manufacturing, all finished goods will be shipped to you with full documentation, including packing slips and tracking numbers. All orders are packaged in bulk, unless otherwise requested. We offer barcoding to meet every customer’s EDI compliance requirements. Professional packaging services also provided, including poly bagging upon request.
