What types of products do you manufacture?

Pham Sewing specializes in bags, accessories and a wide range of other soft goods.  We do not manufacture apparel.

What is the lead time for production?

Lead times vary depending on the time of the year, our production schedule, sewing requirements, and availability of materials.  Usual lead times are 4-6 weeks January through August and 6-8 weeks September through December.  We do offer rush services.  Contact us at info@phamsewing.com for complete details.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We have a low minimum of 100 units per style.

Can you give me a quote or estimate?

Quotes require sample sewing.  Our sampling process determines which sewers are essential for your product, order of operations, and a detailed time study resulting in unit cost.  We will work with to you to best meet your margins.

Do you have price breaks depending on volume?

Yes.  Price breaks are determined on case by case bases.  Typically you will start to see price breaks at 1000, 2500, 5000, 10000+ units.

Can you source materials for me?

Yes.  We recommend that our clients purchase materials directly including thread, once sourcing is established.  With our vast network of suppliers, we can source virtually any material in a sustainable and cost effective manner.  Turnkey manufacturing solutions available for select clients.

Do you work with start-ups?

Yes.  We focus on large order cut and sew but can accommodate both small businesses and start-ups with a low minimum order of 100 units per style.

Will you sign an NDA?

As a private label manufacturer, we take client privacy very seriously.  We generally do not sign non-disclosure agreements unless there is truly confidential information encountered with your product.  Internally, all of our employees sign an NDA and a non-compete agreement.
